At the third factory, we process parts used in hydraulic multi-control valves for Kawasaki Heavy Industries, and we have established a production system that can flexibly accommodate irregularly shaped products and a variety of small-lot items. Additionally, in assembly work conducted in a clean room, we thoroughly eliminate foreign matter and contamination to ensure high-precision products. We also conduct pressure tests using leak testers to rigorously verify the quality and reliability of our products. In recent years, we have become the only facility within the company to handle aluminum processing, broadening our technical capabilities to meet the needs of more diverse fields and promote technological innovation. In this way, our factory achieves high quality assurance and continues to evolve.
